Following a very successful financial year, COLLECTION Business Center has important changes to announce right at the start of the year. The company, which specialises in letting flexible workspaces in a stylish setting, is kicking off the new year without delay with new product packages in the Coworking sector. These were developed in collaboration with the company’s own sales division and industry experts Dr André Helf and Janko Siegert. A number of new options have been available to all interested parties since January.
Daily packages for maximum flexibility
First up is the ‘Coworking 1 Day’ option, which enables occasional users to use a ‘hot desk’ for a single day during opening hours. A long-term membership is not required. Dr Helf explains: “Today’s customers expect more flexible and personalised rental options that adapt to their needs and do not tie them into lengthy contracts. This takes flexibility to a whole new level.” This option can also be booked for five or ten days as part of the ‘Coworking 5 or 10 Days’ package. This means the price per day can be halved. Furthermore, fixed-term contracts offer savings of up to a further 15 per cent. No security deposit is required for these packages.
Monthly packages for maximum efficiency
With ‘Coworking Complete’, a flexible workspace in the Coworking office is provided for a whole month. This also includes two free hours’ use of the Conference rooms, as well as post handling by the COLLECTION staff on site. The final package is called ‘Coworking Dedicated’ and goes one step further: a ‘Dedicated Desk’, i.e. a fixed workspace, is reserved for one person. The workspace does not need to be completely cleared every day, and personal belongings can be locked away in a locker. Furthermore, the tenant receives 24/7 access and the option to use the Business address for company registration. As with a fully-fledged office, the user benefits from a local landline number and calls being answered in the company’s name. A 15 per cent discount is also granted on the last two options when a 24-month contract is signed. “With these offers, we provide unbeatable value for money, starting at under eight euros a day,” comments Mr Siegert, “and if a prospective tenant is looking for a full-service solution, that’s exactly what they’ll get.”
All shared offices feature high-quality fittings that capture the familiar ambience of exclusive business centres. Thanks to shared access to modern infrastructure such as network printers and high-speed internet, tenants do not incur any additional costs. Of course, private day offices and Conference rooms can be hired at any time to host investors or other visitors.
