We’ll collect post and parcels on your behalf and will be happy to forward them daily, weekly or monthly to the address of your choice. You can book day offices or meeting rooms at any time to receive visitors. We take it for granted that we can offer flexible contract terms to suit your needs.

Virtual Office at FOUR
A Virtual Office at COLLECTION in FOUR Frankfurt enables you to maintain a constant, and above all, permanent and personal presence, whilst ensuring you are always contactable. Showcase your professional presence with your business address at FOUR, right in the centre of Frankfurt, just a stone’s throw from Goetheplatz. The reception area in the central part of FOUR is familiar with your company and will welcome your visitors, and your company sign can be displayed for you in the entrance area of our floor. You’ll be given your own exclusive local telephone number, and we’ll answer incoming calls on your behalf in your company’s name, either forwarding them to you or notifying you immediately. This makes it very easy for you to call your clients back from anywhere. We’re also happy to accept incoming post or parcels on your behalf. Our lounges, day offices and meeting rooms are available to book at any time so you can attend appointments on site.

Are you often in meetings or constantly on the move, but don’t want your business partners and customers to have to leave a message on an impersonal answering machine? Then book your personalised on-site telephone service. Our trained and professional service staff will answer your calls directly and personally at FOUR. This way, you’ll never miss a call again, and your customers will speak directly to our staff on the premises – rather than, as is the case with many of our competitors, to a less-than-engaged call centre agent. Naturally, calls are answered on behalf of your company. You’ll then be notified immediately by email.
