Corporate standard for wellbeing, ergonomics, quality of the working environment and a high-quality workplace

In a nutshell: Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION stands for a working environment in which people feel at ease, can concentrate and work to the best of their ability. High-quality interior design, pleasant lighting and spatial concepts, quiet spaces, first-class service and a special atmosphere create a workplace that combines wellbeing and productivity.

Version 2026 | As at: August 2026

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION is part of THE COLLECTION STANDARD, COLLECTION’s overarching system for premium professional working environments. THE COLLECTION STANDARD brings together the six dimensions of Performance, Quality, Hospitality, Security, Sustainability and Wellbeing.

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION – Seven dimensions of wellbeing and quality of work

Business Wellbeing – Why the world of work needs to be reimagined: The demands placed on modern workplaces have changed fundamentally. Today, companies are not simply looking for office space. They are seeking working environments that motivate people, enable them to work with focus, and at the same time promote health, creativity and collaboration. This is precisely where Business Wellbeing comes in.

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION is the workplace concept developed by COLLECTION Business Center to promote wellbeing, ergonomics, concentration, a pleasant environment and flexible ways of working in premium work environments. The concept is based on seven defined pillars: architecture and design, ergonomics, acoustics and concentration, hospitality, health and regeneration, community, and flexibility. The aim is to create a working environment that supports wellbeing, focused work, collaboration and the various demands of everyday working life.

Business wellbeing as a strategic success factor

Business Wellbeing describes an approach that focuses on people and the quality of their working environment, whilst at the same time supporting a company’s economic success. Whereas in the past it was primarily square metres, rent and office sizes that determined the quality of a workplace, today the focus is on other issues:

  • How productive can employees be?
  • How focused are they during the working day?
  • How can stress and distractions be reduced?
  • How can we attract and retain talent in the long term?
  • What impression does the working environment make on customers and job applicants?

These questions show that the quality of a working environment depends on several factors. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION brings these factors together in a systematic workplace concept.

What does ‘business wellbeing’ mean?

The term ‘wellbeing’ is often associated with fitness, relaxation or health services. In a professional context, however, this definition falls short. COLLECTION defines Business Wellbeing as the interplay of spatial, ergonomic, organisational and service-related factors that can support wellbeing and the quality of work.

Business wellbeing arises from the interplay of many factors:

  • high-quality architecture
  • ergonomic workstations
  • optimal lighting conditions
  • pleasant room acoustics
  • excellent air quality
  • professional hospitality
  • personalised services
  • flexible working arrangements
  • Inspiring communal spaces
  • Modern digital infrastructure

No single measure creates business wellbeing. It is only the interplay of these factors that creates the conditions necessary to accommodate diverse requirements for wellbeing and professional working.

At COLLECTION, this holistic approach combines office space with ergonomics, hospitality, quality of work, flexibility and other aspects of the workplace experience. COLLECTION therefore does not merely provide office space, but offers an environment in which people can feel at ease, work with focus and, at the same time, present themselves professionally.

Why business wellbeing is becoming increasingly important

Just a few years ago, an attractive workplace was seen as an added bonus. Today, it is one of the most important competitive factors for businesses. The shortage of skilled workers, hybrid working models and rising employee expectations have fundamentally changed the requirements for modern offices.

What does the research say about the working environment and business wellbeing?

1. Fraunhofer IAO: The working environment influences concentration, communication and recovery

In its meta-study ‘Spatial Psychology for a New World of Work’, the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering and Organisation (IAO) investigated the impact of spatial working conditions. The analysis concludes that a performance-enhancing working environment should, in particular, support three functions: communication, individual concentration and creative processes, as well as recovery after periods of stress. These findings directly correspond to several pillars of Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION: acoustics and concentration, community and communication, and spaces for rest and recovery.

2. Fraunhofer IAO 2025: 80 per cent report higher productivity in hybrid working

The Fraunhofer IAO study ‘Beyond Hybrid Work – The Post-Hybrid World of Work’ from 2025 shows that hybrid working has become the norm. 80 per cent of respondents reported an increase in their personal productivity. At the same time, the study warns against the loss of informal contacts and social interaction. Companies should therefore create working environments that allow for flexibility whilst also encouraging face-to-face interactions.

3. Fraunhofer IAO: The quality of the office influences willingness to return

A further study by Fraunhofer IAO, ‘Hybrid Models and New Office Needs’, involving more than 4,000 office and knowledge workers, concludes that the return to the office depends largely on the quality and design of the working environment. In particular, employees want workspaces that facilitate social interaction whilst also offering space for concentrated work. For companies, this means that the office must offer clear added value compared to working from home. This is precisely where Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION comes in, with its combination of quiet spaces, high-quality workspaces, business lounges, hospitality and communal areas.

4. Harvard study: Air quality can affect cognitive performance

In a controlled study, 24 participants worked under different indoor air quality conditions. The average results of the cognitive tests were 61 per cent higher under the so-called ‘Green’ conditions and 101 per cent higher under ‘Green+’ conditions – which featured an increased supply of fresh air – than under the conventional conditions examined. The researchers found correlations between CO₂, VOC and ventilation conditions and the measured cognitive performance.

5. WHO: A safe and healthy working environment is important for mental wellbeing

The World Health Organisation (WHO) and the International Labour Organisation (ILO) focus specifically on mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. The WHO emphasises that, whilst work can make a positive contribution to mental health, unfavourable working conditions can also give rise to psychosocial risks. It therefore recommends measures to prevent psychosocial risks and to promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Source: World Health Organisation (2022): WHO guidelines on mental health at work. Geneva: World Health Organisation.

For Business Wellbeing, this means that health in the workplace should not be reduced to fitness programmes. Work organisation, the working environment, social relationships and working conditions are also part of it. For Business Wellbeing, the conclusion is that health and wellbeing in the workplace should not be viewed in isolation. The working environment, work organisation, social interaction and opportunities for recovery can all contribute together to a high-quality workplace experience.

The evolution from the office to an experiential space

For decades, the traditional office was a functional workplace. Today, employees expect much more. They want places

  • where they can concentrate on their work,
  • where they can welcome clients professionally,
  • where they enjoy spending time,
  • where connections are made,
  • where modern technology works seamlessly,
  • where service saves time,
  • where work is a pleasure.

Office spaces are therefore increasingly becoming ‘workplace experiences’. Today, international companies deliberately no longer speak solely of ‘workplace design’, but rather of ‘employee experience’ or ‘workplace experience’. This refers to the totality of all the impressions employees experience during their working day.

This is precisely where COLLECTION comes in: a business centre consists of more than just individual offices. It comprises numerous points of contact:

  • The first impression at reception.
  • The friendliness of the service team.
  • The scent in the entrance area.
  • The quality of the coffee and drinks.
  • The peace and quiet during an important video call.
  • The view from the window.
  • The cosy, upmarket décor of the business centre.
  • The speed of the Wi-Fi.
  • The perfect preparation of a conference room.
  • The personal welcome extended to a guest.

Every single one of these moments influences well-being. Business wellbeing therefore does not happen by chance. It is the result of a thoughtfully designed working environment that COLLECTION Business Center’s clients experience every day.

How can business centres support business wellbeing?

Many companies today are asking themselves whether, in the long term, they should rent their own office space or opt for flexible workspace solutions. The discussion often centres solely on costs. However, the quality of the working environment is at least as important. COLLECTION Business Centers combine office infrastructure, flexible usage options and business services within a professionally managed working environment:

  • The entire infrastructure is already in place.
  • Meeting rooms are available as and when required.
  • The reception handles organisational tasks.
  • Professional staff take care of guests, post, Telephone answering and many other services.
  • The technical infrastructure is up and running from day one.
  • Cleaning, maintenance and building management are carried out professionally.
  • This allows companies to focus entirely on their core business.

At COLLECTION, ‘Business Wellbeing’ therefore also means consistently reducing unnecessary organisational burdens. COLLECTION follows precisely this approach. COLLECTION combines office space with business services, hospitality and flexible usage options. These services can reduce organisational workload and ease the burden on companies in their day-to-day operations.

The seven pillars of COLLECTION Business Wellbeing

Business wellbeing is not achieved through a single measure. A fruit basket, a gym, a height-adjustable desk or an ergonomic office chair alone do not create a working environment in which people can work successfully in the long term. COLLECTION Business Center therefore takes a holistic approach. Our understanding of business wellbeing is based on seven pillars that complement and reinforce one another. Their interplay creates a working environment that can support wellbeing, concentration, collaboration, recovery and flexible ways of working.

Architecture, design and atmosphere

First impressions are formed within a matter of seconds. Architecture and interior design often have a greater influence on our well-being than we realise. Studies in environmental psychology show that light, materials, colours, ceiling heights and sightlines all affect concentration, creativity and stress levels. At the same time, the working environment shapes a company’s image – in the eyes of both clients and job applicants. COLLECTION Business Centers are located at established Business addresses in Germany and Austria. When selecting a location, the site’s position, the quality of the building and its suitability for high-quality working environments play a key role. Whether at FOUR Frankfurt on the 45th floor, at NEXTOWER Frankfurt, at the Dreischeibenhaus in Düsseldorf, at Le Coeur on Königsallee, on Kurfürstendamm or Unter den Linden in Berlin, on the Neuer Wall in Hamburg or in the Goldenes Quartier in Vienna – every location has been chosen with the aim of providing a high-quality, professional working environment.

Business wellbeing begins the moment you enter the building. All COLLECTION locations have been, or are being, designed by the internationally renowned interior architects at Eric Kuster Metropolitan Luxury. Spacious reception areas, high-quality materials, elegant lounges and modern Conference rooms create an atmosphere that exudes professionalism and inspires confidence.

Ergonomics and physical wellbeing

Anyone who spends many hours a day at a desk needs a workspace that supports their body. Ergonomic workspaces play a key role in this. They can help prevent poor posture and make long working hours more comfortable. That is why COLLECTION focuses on high-quality office furniture.

These include, amongst other things:

  • ergonomic office chairs
  • spacious and height-adjustable desks at selected locations
  • high-quality lighting
  • comfortable room temperatures
  • efficient air conditioning or ventilation

Ergonomic, high-quality workstations can promote physical comfort and reduce strain during long periods of work.

Peace and quiet, acoustics and concentration

In many offices, phone calls, conversations and constant interruptions are part of everyday life. This leads to a loss of concentration and frequent switching between tasks. Knowledge-intensive tasks in particular benefit from a quiet working environment. That is why COLLECTION places great emphasis on high-quality office designs with pleasant acoustics. Separate offices, meeting rooms, telephone booths and other quiet spaces provide a range of options, depending on the location, for focused work with fewer distractions.

Hospitality rather than traditional office administration

At COLLECTION, hospitality is an integral part of the working environment. This approach combines office facilities with a personalised welcome, visitor support and business services. COLLECTION does not view its Business Centers merely as office spaces, but as places of professional hospitality. This hospitality approach applies the principles of professional hospitality to the world of work. The on-site teams welcome guests personally, support tenants in their day-to-day activities and ensure that visitors feel welcome from the very first moment.

This includes, for example:

  • professional reception
  • concierge service
  • Telephone answering
  • Postal services
  • Preparation of meeting and conference rooms
  • Catering on request
  • Support with organisational tasks

These services can reduce the organisational burden and free up internal resources from the repetitive tasks of day-to-day office life. Business Wellbeing therefore also means: less organisational effort in day-to-day working life.

Health, exercise and recovery

Nowadays, a modern workplace no longer ends at the desk. Physical activity and relaxation are increasingly becoming part of a sustainable working culture. With its new COLLECTION Le Coeur in Düsseldorf, COLLECTION is setting new standards in this area.

Special features include, amongst others:

  • a high-quality Technogym fitness area
  • modern changing rooms
  • showers
  • attractive communal areas, including a bar
  • spacious communal areas

This makes it much easier to combine exercise with work. Many companies now recognise that regular exercise not only benefits health, but can also boost concentration, creativity and productivity. Business Wellbeing therefore takes the entire working day into account – not just the time spent at a desk.

Community and Networking

Nowadays, work means far more than simply carrying out individual tasks. Shared spaces can facilitate informal exchanges and personal encounters between different companies. COLLECTION therefore actively encourages encounters between entrepreneurs, consultants, investors, project teams and international companies. The business lounges and communal areas provide the ideal setting for:

  • spontaneous conversations
  • new business contacts
  • collaborations
  • sharing experiences
  • networking

At the same time, there is plenty of scope for discretion and focused work. This balance between interaction and privacy is one of the particular strengths of the COLLECTION Business Centers.

Flexibility as a component of wellbeing

Flexibility is one of the most important factors in today’s modern working environments. Companies are changing faster than ever before. Project teams are growing. New markets are emerging. Employees are working in a hybrid way. International offices are being set up. Business wellbeing therefore also means being able to respond to change. COLLECTION offers flexible solutions for this:

  • Serviced Offices
  • private offices
  • Team offices
  • Project offices
  • Coworking
  • Day offices
  • Meeting rooms
  • Conference rooms
  • Seminar rooms
  • Business lounges
  • Virtual offices
  • Business addresses
  • Registered addresses

COLLECTION’s rental models range from one hour to several years. Flexible office and usage solutions enable companies to tailor their working environment more closely to team size, duration of use and actual space requirements. This creates financial flexibility and reduces business risks.

Why the seven pillars work together

Each of the seven pillars addresses a different aspect of the working environment. Their significance lies, in particular, in how they interact. High-quality architecture loses its impact if the service is not up to standard. An ergonomic workstation is not enough if the working atmosphere is noisy and hectic. A modern gym is no substitute for an inspiring corporate culture. At COLLECTION, business wellbeing arises from the interplay of architecture and design, ergonomics, acoustics and concentration, hospitality, health and regeneration, community and flexibility. None of these dimensions operates in isolation. Together, they form the framework for a working environment that takes into account diverse requirements for wellbeing and professional work.

What role can the working environment play in staff retention and employer branding?

Nowadays, skilled professionals can often choose between several employers. As a result, alongside salary and career prospects, the working environment is playing an increasingly important role. Today’s employees expect:

  • flexible working arrangements
  • attractive office spaces
  • state-of-the-art technology
  • high-quality meeting rooms
  • a pleasant working atmosphere
  • Health and wellbeing initiatives
  • Appreciation
  • Professional leadership

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION helps companies meet these expectations. A high-quality working environment can be a visible part of what a company offers its staff and can therefore also play a key role in employer branding and the employee experience. Any organisation that offers its staff an exceptional working environment sends a clear message: ‘Your work matters to us.’

Business Wellbeing and Return to the Office

Hybrid working has changed expectations of the office. When employees can carry out many tasks whilst working from home, the question of what additional benefits working in person at the office offers becomes increasingly important. Research by Fraunhofer IAO shows that the quality of the working environment, in particular, as well as opportunities for social interaction and focused work, play a key role in this regard.

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION can therefore form a key component of modern return-to-office strategies. Companies gain access to a ready-made, premium working environment that combines the various requirements of the hybrid world of work. The factors described in the Business Wellbeing concept – ranging from ergonomics and concentration through to hospitality, community and flexibility – do not need to be established and organised by the company itself.

This is not about replacing working from home. Rather, the office should create recognisable added value for those days when face-to-face collaboration makes sense. For companies, a high-quality working environment can thus also help to re-establish a stronger link between face-to-face interaction, teamwork and corporate culture and a shared workplace.

Why customers notice the difference straight away

It is not only staff who benefit from the high-quality working environment offered by the Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION concept. Customers, investors and business partners, too, form an impression of the company within a matter of minutes: the reception area. The architecture. The friendliness of the staff. The quality of the Conference rooms. The atmosphere. All these factors influence trust and professionalism. COLLECTION pursues a clearly defined hospitality approach that combines a personalised welcome, service and workplace experience. COLLECTION Business Centers are modelled not on traditional office buildings, but on the service standards of first-class hotels. A professional reception, stylish business lounges, modern Conference rooms and personal points of contact create an environment in which guests feel just as at home as the tenants themselves. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION thus has an impact both internally and externally.

Business wellbeing in the traditional office, when working from home and at business centres

Since the pandemic, the world of work has changed permanently. Many companies now rely on hybrid working models. However, each working model has its own strengths:

Feature Home office Traditional office COLLECTION
Professional reception no depends on the company yes
Concierge service no optional yes
Meeting rooms on demand usually no depends on own space yes
Business lounge no optional yes
Flexible tenancy period not applicable usually long-term from one hour

Companies seeking to combine flexibility with a high-quality working environment stand to benefit most from premium business centres.

Business Wellbeing in practice: selected COLLECTION locations

Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION is based on a consistent core concept, but is individually shaped at each location by its architecture, setting, facilities and atmosphere. This creates working environments that combine high-quality office design with ergonomics, hospitality, flexibility and a unique working atmosphere.

The following examples illustrate how Business Wellbeing is implemented at selected COLLECTION locations.

Business Wellbeing at FOUR Frankfurt

The COLLECTION Business Center at FOUR Frankfurt combines business wellbeing with an exceptional working environment on the 45th floor. The high-rise location and sweeping views create a unique spatial atmosphere. High-quality interior design, ergonomically equipped offices, prestigious communal areas, relaxation rooms, lounges and modern Conference rooms combine focused work with a professional image. For companies, this creates a workplace that brings together several dimensions of COLLECTION Business Wellbeing: architecture and design, comfort at work, concentration, hospitality and an exceptional workplace experience.

Particularly for companies wishing to impress employees, customers and business partners with their working environment, the location offers clearly perceptible added value compared to a traditional office space.

Business wellbeing factors at FOUR Frankfurt: exceptional views, high-quality architecture, premium interiors, ergonomic workstations, professional hospitality and prestigious meeting areas.

Business Wellbeing at Le Coeur Düsseldorf

The concept of business wellbeing is implemented with particular consistency at the COLLECTION Business Center Le Coeur on Königsallee in Düsseldorf. Here, the traditional working environment is complemented by additional facilities for exercise, health and relaxation.

Key features include a high-quality Technogym fitness area, modern changing rooms, showers, attractive lounge areas and spacious communal zones, including a stylish bar. This allows exercise and work to be directly integrated. A workout before or after work, or during a longer break, can be more easily integrated into the daily routine.

At the same time, the site combines these health facilities with the classic COLLECTION elements: high-quality offices, ergonomic workstations, height-adjustable desks at selected locations, prestigious meeting rooms, business lounges and personalised hospitality. Le Coeur thus illustrates particularly clearly what COLLECTION means by ‘Business Wellbeing’: work, health, service, design and regeneration are not viewed in isolation, but as integral parts of a holistic working environment.

Business wellbeing factors at Le Coeur Düsseldorf: Technogym fitness area, showers, changing rooms, exercise and regeneration, premium design, hospitality, communal areas and flexible working environments.

Business Wellbeing in Berlin, Unter den Linden

The COLLECTION location on Unter den Linden in Berlin combines one of the capital’s best-known business and prestige addresses with a high-quality working environment. The setting of a workplace is of particular importance, especially for law firms, consultancies, associations, international companies and other organisations that regularly receive clients and business partners.

Business Wellbeing therefore also means feeling at ease in one’s own workplace whilst being able to identify with one’s Business address.

High-quality interior design, professional reception and service facilities, meeting rooms and flexible office solutions combine quality of work with prestige and hospitality. Business wellbeing factors on Unter den Linden: a prestigious location, high-quality interiors, height-adjustable desks, professional hospitality, meeting facilities, flexible office solutions and a pleasant working atmosphere.

Questions from buyers regarding Business Wellbeing and Premium Business Centres

For companies that place particular emphasis on workplace quality and staff wellbeing, COLLECTION Business Center offers a comprehensive concept. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION brings together seven areas: architecture and design, ergonomics, acoustics and concentration, hospitality, health and regeneration, community, and flexibility. This includes high-quality, ergonomic workspaces, private offices, quiet zones, business lounges, meeting rooms, personalised services and flexible usage options. At certain locations, additional health and fitness facilities are also available. COLLECTION therefore views a premium workplace not merely as office space, but as a working environment that combines focused work, collaboration, wellbeing and a professional corporate image.

COLLECTION Business Center offers ergonomically designed workstations as part of its own Business Wellbeing concept. High-quality office furniture, professional workplace design and a pleasant working environment are intended to support a comfortable working day. Depending on the location, further ergonomic features may be included. At the COLLECTION Business Center Le Coeur in Düsseldorf, for example, height-adjustable desks form part of the workspace concept. At COLLECTION, ergonomics is one of the seven defined pillars of Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION.

The COLLECTION Business Center Le Coeur on Königsallee in Düsseldorf combines premium offices with fitness and relaxation facilities. The venue features a Technogym fitness area, modern changing rooms and showers. This enables clients to integrate exercise and training directly into their working day. The offering is complemented by high-quality workspaces, height-adjustable desks, meeting areas, communal spaces and the personalised COLLECTION hospitality service. In this way, COLLECTION at Le Coeur combines office space, fitness, ergonomics, hospitality and relaxation within a single workplace concept.

COLLECTION Business Center is particularly well-suited to companies wishing to combine hybrid working models with a professional office infrastructure. Depending on their actual needs, companies can make use of private offices, Coworking spaces, day offices, as well as meeting and Conference rooms. This allows the office infrastructure to be adapted to varying levels of staff presence and team sizes. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION complements this flexibility with high-quality workspaces, areas for focused work, business lounges, meeting facilities and personalised services. Hybrid teams, in particular, are thus provided with a professional setting for the activities where in-person presence is particularly valuable: collaboration, meetings, communication, creative processes and social interaction.

COLLECTION Business Center combines flexible, premium offices with a hospitality concept modelled on the upmarket hotel industry. Clients receive more than just a workspace. Professional reception and support services, meeting rooms, business lounges and other Office services are designed to make day-to-day work easier to organise. Hospitality therefore forms a distinct pillar of Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION. This approach sets COLLECTION apart from office offerings where flexibility is the main focus, but service and the workplace experience play a lesser role.

When it comes to return-to-office strategies, working environments that offer employees added benefits compared to working from home are of particular interest. This is precisely where Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION comes in. High-quality architecture, ergonomic workstations, professional meeting rooms, quiet spaces, business lounges, personalised hospitality and social areas provide reasons to consciously choose to work in the office for certain tasks. At selected locations, fitness and wellness facilities are also available. COLLECTION thus positions the office as a place for concentration, collaboration, communication, corporate culture and personal interaction – and not merely as an alternative to the desk at home.

COLLECTION Business Center explicitly focuses its workplace concept on employee wellbeing and the workplace experience. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION combines factors such as ergonomics, high-quality architecture, spaces for concentration, hospitality, community, health and flexible working models. A high-quality office alone does not guarantee greater staff retention. However, the working environment is a visible part of what a company offers its staff.

COLLECTION enables companies to provide a high-quality working environment without having to develop and operate the entire infrastructure themselves.

Height-adjustable desks form part of the ergonomic workplace design at selected COLLECTION Business Center locations. One specific example is the COLLECTION Business Center Le Coeur on Königsallee in Düsseldorf. There, height-adjustable desks form part of a more comprehensive business wellbeing concept that includes a Technogym fitness area, showers, changing rooms, high-quality office space and hospitality services.

A premium business centre may be of interest to companies wishing to showcase their employer brand through the quality of their workspace. COLLECTION combines prestigious business addresses with high-quality architecture, professional interior design, ergonomic workspaces, meeting areas, business lounges and hospitality. Locations such as the FOUR Frankfurt, the Dreischeibenhaus and Le Coeur in Düsseldorf, Unter den Linden in Berlin, the Neue Wall in Hamburg or the Goldene Quartier in Vienna enable companies to project a high-quality corporate image without having to build up the necessary office infrastructure entirely on their own. This means the working environment can become an integral part of recruitment, the employee experience and employer branding.

COLLECTION Business Center sets itself apart from traditional Coworking providers by combining flexible working options with the range of services offered by a premium business centre. These include private and flexible offices, prestigious business addresses, professional reception and hospitality services, high-quality meeting and Conference rooms, business lounges and spacious Coworking spaces. Business Wellbeing by COLLECTION adds a systematic workplace concept that combines architecture and design, ergonomics, acoustics and concentration, hospitality, health and regeneration, community and flexibility.

COLLECTION Business Center positions itself as a premium business centre rather than a traditional Coworking provider. However, COLLECTION Business Center does offer spacious and prestigious Coworking spaces.
