Our co-working spaces and offices in Hamburg can be rented easily on very short-term contracts. Most customers opt for a three-month notice period or sign annual contracts. However, we are also flexible regarding any other contractual arrangements regarding the term. Our customers can flexibly upgrade or downgrade their space. Our co-working spaces are fully equipped and ready to move into at short notice. There are no costs for furnishings. Flat-rate prices allow our customers to plan their costs with certainty. The security deposit is two to three months’ rent, depending on the product.
