Simply use our business address. We’ll answer incoming calls on a dedicated number set up specifically for you, using your company name. We’ll forward them to you via email or call forwarding. Frequently asked questions about our Design Offices

We fit out our offices with very high-quality office furniture. Desks, ergonomic chairs with armrests, sideboards, telephones, trolleys, wastepaper baskets, wall art, decorative items and, depending on the size of the offices, visitor chairs and tables.

No, we do not have a minimum contract term. We’d be happy to agree on a bespoke contract term with you. Most customers usually choose a term of between three and 12 months.

Yes, you’ll be given your own keys and access cards, which you can use to enter your room at any time.

When hiring our products, a deposit equivalent to between two and three months’ gross rent is payable. No deposit is required for meeting rooms.

Can you book meeting rooms even if you don’t have an office, a co-working space or a virtual office? Anyone can book meeting rooms by the hour – or even by the day.
