Our flexible office spaces offer many advantages over renting a traditional office. The contract terms for a modern office at COLLECTION can be arranged flexibly. Many of our clients opt for 3-month or 12-month notice periods. Other clients rent our offices for a fixed period. We are completely flexible when it comes to the contract terms for our bright office spaces – tailored to suit your needs. As our office spaces and offices are already fully furnished and the complete office infrastructure is in place, you do not need to invest in fitting out your space. This saves you time that would otherwise be spent sourcing equipment, but above all, it preserves your liquidity. The rent for our office spaces is charged as a flat rate, enabling reliable cost planning. All service charges, e.g. for cleaning, internet, heating, electricity and water, are already included in the rent for the office spaces. If you choose an office space at COLLECTION, you’ll gain access to office buildings where the owners do not normally let out small office spaces. You’ll then be based in premises that meet the highest standards across all sectors. Your staff and clients will be delighted.
