Lease agreements for business centres in Düsseldorf’s Dreischeibenhaus and Frankfurt’s Nextower have already been signed. Lease negotiations for further locations in Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt are nearing completion.
In addition to new locations in Germany, COLLECTION – Unique Business Centres is also planning to open luxury office centres in Zurich and Luxembourg. “Following the outstanding market response to our first COLLECTION Business Center in the Goldenes Quartier in the heart of Vienna, we will now be opening 3–5 new locations in the most exclusive locations each year,” said Dr Andre Helf, Group CEO of COLLECTION Business Centres.
