Only on January 10th, 2020, COLLECTION Business Center opened a second location in Hamburg, now the company from Dusseldorf announces its next expansion: The popular space in the Dreischeibenhaus will be expanded this year.
Thus, the successful cooperation with the Dreischeibenhaus will be continued and brought to a new level – in this case to a new floor. The eastern part of the 13th floor will already be handed over on September 1st, 2020. In addition, the western section of the floor will be added on February 1st, 2021. The company will expand the space in the city’s Dreischeibenhaus to a total of 1,586 m², that means the area will be more than doubled. The short walking distances generate new synergies for more efficiency.
At this location alone, COLLECTION Business Center will be able to offer 45 offices. This comes just at the right time for the marketing and sales team, because the occupancy rate in the Dreischeibenhaus has been over 90% for months and the current space will be fully occupied again from next summer. The new coworking space will also help here. The new floor will adapt the new coworking concept which in use in Vienna, Stuttgart and Hamburg. Of course, not only physical space will be offered. As usual, virtual offices and office service will also be expanded. Among other things, customers will benefit from state-of-the-art telephone systems. Even more meeting rooms will be available for all these customers in the Dreischeibenhaus, including a total of two large conference rooms.
Dr Andre Helf, Group CEO of COLLECTION Business Center, is also pleased about this: “This expansion comes at the right time. In Dusseldorf, we were barely able to meet the demand for our premium rooms. This city is ideally suited for our office solutions.” However, the company would also like to specifically emphasize the relevance of the shared offices in Dusseldorf. “We're always looking for new ways to provide our customers with more comfort,” the industry expert continues, “and, in my opinion, coworking in this city was clearly neglected.
