January 8, 2020 – COLLECTION Business Center opens another luxury business center in the city of Hamburg on January 10, 2020. On the 4th floor of the well-known Bornholdhaus, in the middle of the magnificent boulevard Neuer Wall, customers can now rent time-flexible coworking/rental offices, virtual offices and conference rooms.
The company is thus expanding its space in the Hanseatic city by a further 1,150 m², even though the vacancy rate has fallen further. The flexible office solutions in the extremely popular inner-city location are already a complete success even before the opening: more than 40 % of the total of 34 office spaces were rented before the renovation work began. This is a new record for the young company. But the rooms are also expected to set new standards in other product categories. For example, the hybrid conference room with its mobile dividing wall not only offers two parallel rooms at the same time, but also more space for a larger number of people. A greater role has also been given to coworking, opening the largest coworking space within the COLLECTION Business Center at this point.
