All of our premises are invariably available to our tenants around the clock. This also includes weekends. The tenancy agreements can be drawn up on a very flexible basis. We are guided fully by our business clients' requirements. From a few hours, days or weeks to up to several months or years, everything is possible. The current keyword focused on in many areas is flexibility. Many entrepreneurs no longer want to or can commit to one place. All of our tenancy agreements are complete packages that include all additionally booked services. This does not only apply to the secretarial and postal services, but also to the regular cleaning of the premises during the tenancy relationship, and for the final cleaning after termination of the tenancy relationship. As required, additional services such as a catering service or large or, as may apply, conference rooms can be booked.
