After a successful financial year, COLLECTION Business Center has announced important changes right at the beginning of 2019: The company, which specializes in leasing stylishly furnished and flexible workplaces, is starting 2019 with new product packages in the coworking segment. These products were created by a close collaboration between the company’s own sales division and the industry experts, Dr. André Helf and Janko Siegert. Since January, several new options are offered to all prospects.
Day packages for maximum flexibility
Beginning with the so-called “Coworking 1 Day”-Option, the tenant can use a hot desk for a single day during opening hours. A long-term membership is not required. Dr. Helf explains: “Today's customers expect more flexible and personalized rental offers that adapt to their needs and do not tie them to lengthy conracts. Thus, flexibility reaches a new level.” This option can also be booked for five or ten days in the “Coworking 5 or 10 Days”-Package. Therefore, this option allows the daily price to be halved. In addition, long term contracts can save up to an additional 15 percent. A security deposit is not required for these packages.
Monthly packages for maximum efficiency
The “Coworking Complete” includes a flexible workspace in the coworking office for an entire month. In addition, two free hours for the use of the conference rooms as well as postal processing by the COLLECTION staff on-site are included. Taking a step beyond that, the last package, the so-called “Coworking Dedicated”-Option, includes even more benefits: A dedicated desk provides a fixed workspace for one person. The office space does not have to be completely cleared daily and personal belongings can be stored in a locker. In addition, the tenant receives a 24/7 access and the opportunity to use the business address for a legal business registration. Like in a private office, the user benefits from a local landline number and call answering in the company name. For the last two options, a 24-month contract guarantees a 15 percent discount. “With these offers, we provide an unbeatable cost-benefit ratio that starts below eight euros per day” comments Mr. Siegert, "and if the prospect is looking for a full-service solution, then he will get it as well.”
All shared offices are equipped with high-quality furniture that captures the familiar flair of the exclusive business centers. Due to the co-use of network printers and high-speed internet access, tenants do not have to spend money on additional equipment. Of course, private day offices and conference rooms can be booked at any time if the tenant wants to welcome investors or other visitors.
