Book additional office services for your meetings
Arrange for comprehensive services to be booked at our Hamburg meeting venue to make your events a success and have day-to-day office chores taken off your hands. Our telephone service is available to you along with the secretarial and postal service. Friendly and competent staff will take your telephone calls under your company name and in accordance with your specifications. They will forward the calls to you or notify you by email. This keeps you available for your guests, even if you are not currently present or want to work without being disturbed.
By request, we store post and packages, or forward them to a desired address specified by you. If requested, on the day of the event our service team will meet and greet your guests and, for example, deal with the catering. All services can be booked on a flexible and individual basis. You only pay for the services that you actually need without needing to train or employ your own staff.
